4-Week Online Group Workshop.
At some point through life the majority of people experience something they would categorise as 'psychologically traumatic'. Examples people often site are a serious accident, the sudden and unexpected death of a loved one, relationship betrayal or abuse, etc.
Trauma responses are normal reactions to an unusual/abnormal event. We have evolved to have these reactions to improve the odds that we survive... however, for many people the trauma-responses themselves make life feel unbearable.
The 4-week online group workshop helps you understand what happens, why it happens, and what that means for recovery.
This workshop is designed for:

4-Week Online Group Workshop.
Building on 'When the brain goes bang', this follow-up workshop guides you through how to more effectively manage the range of stress symptoms a person can experience. Over the 4-weeks you will learn how to recognise traumatic-stress-symptoms and match these to activities that lower their intensity.
You will develop an understanding of how chronic and acute stress may impact you or those around you, what you can do to help yourself or another, and understand what options are there when self-help feel insufficient.

4-Week Online Group Workshop.
A standalone course, there are no pre-requisite to attending this workshop. You simply require a desire to know more. Over 4-weels we explore the difference between psychological resistance and resilience, and help you design a personal plan to increase and maintain these in your own life.
