Different Ways to Attend Therapy

Equine therapy retreat.

Group Intensive Programme - In Person

Our flagship service is our multi-day intensive treatment programmes. Designed for people who want to accelerate progress and make a step change from where they are in life to where they wish to be.

Intensive treatment accelerates progress by allowing for deeper processing of memories and emotions across multiple sessions each day and over a number of days. People often describe the intensive as a 'breakthrough experience', leaving people feeling noticeably changed and with a sense of personal progress in their recovery.

Our programmes run for up to 5-days and require people to attend online sessions both before and after the intensive. We run both open programmes (where people attending do not know each other beforehand), and closed (for family/friendship groups and work-teams).

Group Therapy & Workshops - Online

Both group therapy and our educational-workshop programmes provide the opportunity for a shared connection, which is a vital part of feeling a healthy, happy individual. Our group experiences allow people to develop new perspectives through learning how others navigate similar experiences.

Group work online is also a safe format to expand on social skills and learn how to manage different communication styles and personalities in ways that can build relationships. This approach can be especially useful for those who would like to gain confidence in social settings.

Individual Therapy - In Person

Visit the clinic in person to meet with your therapist. Our relaxing, dedicated, distraction-free environment allows you to focus on your process in a private consultation room.

With colour change lighting that you control within visually themed rooms, you can feel safe in the calm, comfortable space, designed specifically to support the therapy experience.

Individual Therapy - Online

Use our secure tele-therapy service to meet with your therapist online. This provides you with the option of accessing support from anywhere. Online sessions can be particularly convenient if you are located far away, or are limited on time, or have additional challenges to navigate such as mobility restrictions or strong fears that would otherwise prevent you accessing support.

We use a HIPAA compliant secure tele-therapy platform for sessions. The majority of the time we use a video call, however we also provide sessions over the phone if needed.

Hybrid Therapy - In Person & Online

Hybrid therapy means that your therapy will include a mix of online and in person sessions. This format has the benefit of both formats, and importantly can allow consistency with sessions when life gets too busy to come to the clinic, such as when people need to travel.

The intensive programmes use this format as standard, as the preparatory sessions and integration sessions at the end are all online, with the intensive segment being in person.
