Trauma-Informed Employee Assistance Service
SafeHaven Psychology Services Ltd provides organisations with specialist employee assistance services. Organisations can subscribe to our service to provide their staff with access to our support. Organisational Members have access to: critical incident Response Services; tele-health; Psychological First Aid App; Welfare Consultancy; Training Academy; and more.

Employee Assistance - Tele-Health
Once an organisation has subscribed to our Employee Assistance Service, employees can use our secure tele-health service to meet with a therapist online. This services provides six care pathways: Crisis Counselling; Short-Term Counselling; Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy; Neurodiversity Support; Depth Psychotherapy; Coaching & Mentoring.
We use a HIPAA compliant secure tele-therapy platform for sessions. The majority of the time we use a video call, however we also provide sessions over the phone if needed.
App
This Psychological First Aid App is designed to support people in line with best practice guidance. It does this by:
- PREPARE: provide psychoeducation and skills building information to increase resilience ahead of time
- RESPOND: providing immediate guidance on how to look after your psychological welfare after a shocking or distressing experience.
- RECOVER: Provides access to our tele-health service for support form mental health professionals when needed.
Training Academy
Providing knowledge and skills based training for organisations. The Academy offers:
- Online Micro courses - to build resilience across a workforce
- Skills training - psychosocial training courses to build in-house peer-support capacity
- Blended Programmes - providing longer-term skills development for line managers and team leaders
- Bespoke Training - proving tailored webinars for short bursts of knowledge, through to crisis simulation exercises for testing crisis response. We design training to meet your specific needs.
