Employee Assistance - Tele-Therapy
Once an organisation has subscribed to our membership service, employees can use our secure tele-therapy service to meet with a therapist online. This services provides six care pathways: Crisis Counselling; Short-Term Counselling; Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy; Neurodiversity Support; Depth Psychotherapy; Coaching & Mentoring.
We use a HIPAA compliant secure tele-therapy platform for sessions. The majority of the time we use a video call, however we also provide sessions over the phone if needed.
App
This Psychological First Aid App is designed to support people in line with best practice guidance. It does this by:
- PREPARE & PROTECT: provide psychoeducation and skills building information to increase resilience ahead of time
- RESPOND: providing immediate guidance on how to look after your psychological welfare after a shocking or distressing experience.
- RECOVER: Provides access to our tele-health service for support form mental health professionals when needed.
