How to Get Started

1. Reach Out

Click below and send us an email to let us know you are interesting in potentially coming to us for therapy.


We will reply to you to arrange an initial call with one of the clinical team to see if we can help.

2. Attend a 20minute Introductory Call

We provide an initial 20minute introductory call with one of the clinical team to understand: 

  • What you are seeking help for
  • If you want online, in person, group, or intensive therapy
  • If you have ideas about the type/mode of therapy you want
  • What is important to you in a therapist
  • Answer any questions you have.


If things are a good fit, then we can book in an initial session.

3. Book & Attend First Session

When you feel ready to start therapy we will book in your initial session.

Depending on what session-format is chosen the first session will be either:

  • individual therapy, attending in person at the clinic
  • individual therapy, attending online 
  • group therapy, attending online 
  • for those on a group intensive programme, you will first attend individual online sessions leading up to the intensive.

Well done. Getting started is one of the hardest parts of therapy.


There are several stages to therapy as it progresses, and that includes ensuring that you are working with a therapist you can build trust with, and that the therapy-approach taken works for you. We will be checking-in and reviewing this as therapy progresses to ensure you stay on track.
