Individual Therapy Sessions

Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel an individual therapy session, to allow us to offer that appointment to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are required to be paid in full.

Group Therapy - Online

If you cancel within 14-days of booking your fee will be refunded less a £10 administration charge, unless there is less than 14-days to the start of the group.

If you cancel more than 14-days after booking or there is less than 14-days to the start of the group, the fee paid is not refundable. You may be able to transfer to a future alternative group at the clinic's discretion, and depends on availability.

Intensive Programmes

A deposit is required to secure a place on the programme. The balance is due in full 14-days prior to the first online preparatory session.

The deposit is non-refundable. You may cancel your attendance at any time between securing your place with the deposit and when the balance is due and you will not be required to pay the outstanding balance.

Once the programme is paid in full it it not refundable. You may be able to transfer to a future alternative programme at the clinic's discretion, and depends on availability. Note, there may be a fee required for this transfer depending on what programme you transfer on to.
